A fenced field for kids and games

The open field behind the pavilion is fenced and connected to the pavilion and patio, so kids can play while parents relax at the bar or around the fire pits. Our 2nd Annual Harvest Festival filled the field with a giant inflatable obstacle course, 4x4 monster-truck bounce house, inflatable slide, dunk tank, pony rides and a petting zoo.

Grad season

Grad parties

Skip the backyard cleanup. Host the open house under the covered pavilion, with Iron Pig BBQ, the full bar for the grown-ups and the field for games.

  • Covered pavilion of about 8,700 sq ft (roughly 130 x 67 ft), seating about 500
  • Stage for a slideshow, live music or toasts. Stage power and lighting are on site; ask us about PA, microphone and AV options for speeches, presentations or live music.
  • November, December and January holiday party dates — as well as May and June graduation party weekends — are booking now. Inquire early to hold your preferred date.

Family reunions & gatherings

Three connected, fenced spaces mean every generation has a spot: seating under the pavilion, the string-lit patio with the food truck, and the field for the cousins. The main stage is wheelchair accessible with a ramp.

From kids' birthdays with lawn games to milestone parties with live music on the backyard stage and a whole-hog roast. The covered pavilion seats about 500 for dinner, and the connected pavilion, backyard patio and fenced field hold 1,000+ for concerts, festivals and large outdoor events.

Pig roast parties

Our whole-hog smoker setup and outdoor kitchen are right in the backyard, so your pig roast is smoked where you celebrate. Food and drink by Iron Pig Smokehouse.

  • Catered events from $29 per person. Final quote depends on menu, guest count and date.
  • When Iron Pig caters, there is no separate venue rental fee — instead, a food and beverage minimum applies by day and season: $5,000 on peak Saturdays (June–September), $3,000 on Fridays and Sundays (and May/October weekends), and $1,500 on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and off-season dates (November–April).
  • Full bar at the pavilion, plus the patio's container bar
