Custom event menus range from whole-hog pig roasts, smoked brisket, St. Louis ribs and pulled pork to plated dinners, steak dinners, traditional Michigan fish fries, Cajun shrimp boils and more — all cooked fresh by Iron Pig Smokehouse.

Venue fee

None when Iron Pig caters

When Iron Pig caters, there is no separate venue rental fee — instead, a food and beverage minimum applies by day and season: $5,000 on peak Saturdays (June–September), $3,000 on Fridays and Sundays (and May/October weekends), and $1,500 on weekdays (Monday–Thursday) and off-season dates (November–April).

We offer flexible bar packages — including hosted open bar, cash bar, drink tickets or custom combinations — featuring draft beer, canned craft and domestic beer, hard cider, wine and Iron Pig's signature smoked cocktails.

  • An approximately 8,700 sq ft covered, open-air pavilion (about 130 x 67 ft), seating about 500
  • The 20 x 15 ft+ wheelchair-accessible main stage, plus a smaller backyard stage
  • The string-lit Iron Pig backyard patio and the fenced field, all connected
  • Whole-hog smoker setup and outdoor kitchen in the backyard
  • Fire pits available and lots of room for lawn games
  • 72 on-site spaces, including 5 ADA spaces, plus shuttle parking from an adjacent lot for big events
  • Restrooms on site
Add-ons

Upgrades

  • Restroom trailers: On-site restrooms are serviced by Spartan Septic & Sewer (Potty Palace), and upscale restroom trailers can be arranged and quoted for weddings and large events.
  • Sound, PA & AV: Stage power and lighting are on site. Ask us about PA, microphone and AV options for speeches, presentations or live music — or your band or DJ is welcome to bring their own setup.
  • Inflatables & tents: Inflatables, bounce houses and outdoor games are welcome in the fenced field (with an approved, insured vendor or coordinated through us), and renters may arrange approved tent rentals on the patio or field.

  2. We send a quote based on menu, guest count and date, including any food and beverage minimum.
  3. Tour the property (available by appointment any day of the week), then book. A deposit holds your date — full payment terms and schedule are included in your custom quote.
Concerts, promoters & outside events

Venue rental

Promoters, concerts and outside or non-catered events pay a venue rental fee. With 1,000+ capacity for concerts and a 20 x 15 ft+ stage, ask us about venue rental. Iron Pig runs the bar at every event.
